ISO - Improving Quality of Care
The Home Instead Senior Care system throughout Australia has recently been accredited as complying with the Quality Management System requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2008.
Director of Home Instead Senior Care, Martin Warner says “This supports Home Instead’s focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of our clients by continually improving the quality of our services and support systems”.
“Accreditation formally re-enforces the quality of care and values we have always provided to our clients, to build a reputation based on relationships of trust”.
TQCSI International is a fully accredited, third party certification body providing certification of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000 and HACCP) and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS 18001).
“Accreditation recognises Home Instead Senior Care for the dependable systems we have had in place for 16years”.
Furthermore the ISO accreditation and the newly released community Care standards share a common structure for continuous improvement in businesses.
“The services we provide look after the individual’s emotional as well as physical needs, providing companionship, interaction and stimulation and this is exactly what our older seniors need. Our care is tailored to the needs of each individual and we can make a real difference to the quality of life of not only our clients, but their families too.”
